Superfinishing

The value of  the surface roughness can be determinative for the quality of the roll. By superfinishing a roll, the value of the surface roughness can be reduced, which will increase the final quality of the roll. During the process of superfinishing, we use a special equipped machine by which a surface roughness of 0,002 micron Ra can be realized. This unique treatment ensures that we can return the roll to our client in optimal condition.
