Adaption

Besides superfinishing, we offer various types of adaptions that will contribute to the optimization of the roll. For example, we can flame spray the roll in which a metal- or ceramic powder coating will be applied to the roll. This coating will improve the properties of the material regarding the hardness, abrasion- and scratch resistance and isolation. Furthermore, we can, if desired, rubber or chrome the roll and we can provide a restructuration in both rubber and chrome rolls. And of course, we are able to repair or replace axles as well.
